Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan’s leading private sector university, and the School of Education at LUMS have formed an alliance with Knowledge Platform, Pakistan’s leading education technology company, to provide online learning solutions for K-12 teachers across the country.

Through this alliance, online courses in teaching excellence and best practices will be made available to approximately 1,600,000 teachers that serve the K-12 sector. Teaching Practice: Fundamentals of the 5E Model is a short self-paced, academic course based on the instructional model that consists of 5 stages that facilitate student learning – engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, and evaluation.
