Content Developers will work together with instructional designers, graphic designers, audio specialists, and video producers with whom you will work to create engaging content.
Our videos, assessments, and games are used in over 500 schools all over Pakistan and available online at www.learnsmartpakistan.org.
Skills required :
• Proficiency in Science subjects for Grade 9 & 10 is required – specifically computer science and physics
• Experience in coding and STEM is preferred
• Knowledge of instructional design is preferred
• Teaching experience is preferred
• Proficiency with PowerPoint is an asset
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative team-player

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s B2B marketing plan, including strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention
• Collaborate with the sales and outreach team to develop effective sales enablement materials, tools and strategies
• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, paid advertising, blogging and vlogging.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize future efforts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies for online and offline marketing that drive traffic, leads, and revenue, preferably in the B2B domain.
• Experience in creating and executing paid campaign strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and the ability to optimize content for search engines
• Excellent creative writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of high-quality content in a variety of formats, including blog posts, case studies, Vlogs, and more.
• Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress, HubSpot, or other similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
